Frequently Asked Questions

We aim to finish all newspaper deliveries by 8:30 am. However, most of our customers will receive their papers much earlier.

The delivery time could differ on occasion. The newspaper industry is a long chain starting with the publishers and ending with you, the reader. On occasion, due to late printing or traffic issues on route from the print-houses, there could be a short delay. If your paper is later than usual please bear with us as we will be working as hard as possible to get it to you. If your newspaper has not arrived by 08:30am please contact us and we will sort it out for you as soon as possible.

If you need to stop your newspaper deliveries for any length of time, simply call or email us (giving at least 24 hours' notice) with the stop and re-start dates.

Our delivery charges are competitive and transparent:

• Daily delivery (7 days): £0.60 per day
• One day per week: £1.00
• Weekend or any two days: £2.00
• 3 to 6 days per week: £0.70 per day

No setup fees or minimum commitment required. We keep our delivery charges to an absolute minimum while ensuring reliable service to your doorstep.

Once we have received your order, we will create an account for you within 24 hours and start your deliveries within 48 hours.

Our standard and preferred method of payment is direct debit. You can however also pay your bill either by posting us vouchers, over the phone with a credit or debit card, by bank transfer or over the counter in cash by visiting us instore. If you have a subscription, we accept all vouchers and can apply them to your account in advance. In which case, you will not be charged for the paper they represent.

Our system can generate automatic invoices and email them to you on bi-weekly or monthly bases. In the absence of an email address, you will receive a printed copy with your paper.

We supply a wide range of local, national, and international papers and magazines. We currently have ca 600 different titles that we could provide.
