Agreement

By using Shaun's Newsagents delivery service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Our Service

Shaun's Newsagents provides newspaper delivery services to residential addresses in Cambridge areas CB1-CB5. Our service includes:

  • • Daily newspaper delivery between 06:00 AM - 08:30 AM
  • • Flexible delivery schedules (1-7 days per week)
  • • Various newspaper and magazine options
  • • Customer support via phone and email

Customer Responsibilities

Address & Access

  • • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • • Ensure safe and accessible delivery location
  • • Notify us of any address changes or delivery instructions

Payment

  • • Pay delivery charges as agreed
  • • Notify us of payment method changes
  • • Settlement of outstanding balances promptly

Delivery Terms

Delivery Times

Newspapers delivered between 06:00 AM - 08:30 AM, 7 days a week. Weather conditions may affect delivery times.

Service Issues

Report missed or damaged deliveries within 24 hours. We'll work to resolve issues promptly.

Coverage Area

Service available in Cambridge postcodes CB1, CB2, CB3, CB4, and CB5 only.

Service Suspension

Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for temporary service suspension (holidays, etc.).

Pricing & Payment

Delivery Charges

  • • Daily delivery (7 days): £0.60/day
  • • One day per week: £1.00
  • • Weekend or two days: £2.00
  • • 3-6 days per week: £0.70/day

Payment Terms

  • • First week free for new customers
  • • No minimum commitment required
  • • Payment due weekly/monthly as agreed
  • • Price changes with 7 days notice

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • • Cancel anytime with 48 hours notice
  • • No cancellation fees
  • • Final billing adjustment if applicable

Service Termination

  • • We may terminate for non-payment
  • • 7 days notice for service changes
  • • Right to refuse service in extreme circumstances

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the delivery service. We are not responsible for:

  • • Weather-related delivery delays
  • • Newspaper content or printing issues
  • • Loss or damage beyond reasonable control
  • • Access issues due to property conditions
